When I do that, I usually create perspective by adding a basic shadow underneath the character.
Then I choose a color that just, looks nice or matches the other colors used on the character and...
That's it I guess.🙄
My friends say they look good so...
I trust them...

He's a 23 year old man who lives in an apartment with his younger brother.
He's cold, stoic and generally apathetic most of the times.
He can be a little boring sometimes, but his friends like him nonetheless.
All he wants is to live a normal fulfilling life.
