this is francis smithers, aka "owl" and he's the main protagonist of the sky pirates story

@WC_Headquarters although i have drawn helena and others in the CSG experiencing the holidays in some form (like below) those pics are non-canon: the CSG does not celebrate holidays of any form
however, there are the ritualistic festivals in the cult of atom power, which works with them
