owl's clothing on a day-to-day basis consists of his "red-cardigan" school uniform when he's at school as francis, but when he's fighting for the sky pirates he dons his helmet, jacket and wing-frame to become the heroic agent, owl!

jacquelin fits that bill pretty literally; she's a jolly street-performing clown who, come night time, turns violently insane and bends the laws of logic to make for an explosive "show"
