owl and cat are the protag and deuterag of the sky pirates story, and they're the introvert x extrovert type
they met when cat was being harassed by bullies at school, and owl decided to step in and push them aside

@Kiraofthewind1 owl- known to his classmates and any other civilian as francis- wears a red jumpered trouton high school uniform along with his trusty specs a lot of the time
though with the increasing frequency in attacks from the CSG, normal days are becoming more and more of a rarity for him

i still have my old old doodles, from back before i settled on my current artstyle
(yep, mimic was basically the starting point for the artstyle i use today!)

@EdenSolera owl is a fairly tall young man (i'd say maybe 5'6) with bright blonde hair and a fairly slim figure
he doesn't mind his appearance, however when someone judges him for it he gets anxious that he might look terrible

my current writing project is a futuristic fiction with fantasy elements called "sky pirates" which primarily follows the endeavors and struggles of 17-year-old francis "owl" smithers

she's such a tonal shift compared to the rest of the sky pirates cast and i'm really proud of how she's developed as a character
