This is Paige Mathers, an awkward girl with a gothic aesthetic that works at an IHOP that Octavia frequents undercover. She always tries to get a close look at Octavia when she visits, and is also a weight gain artist on the side.

Eliza Eden is a secret police agent and Octavia’s biggest rival, as she is the one responsible for making sure Octavia doesn’t flood the entire city in her flab. She’s mostly serious and is the foil to Octavia’s outlandish personality.

This is Pepper Piselli, a pizza delivery girl who just so happens to be the only one that ever delivers pizzas to Octavia’s headquarters. She’s a bit of a tomboy.

This is Daphne Halley, who is the head of Octavia’s scientist team and communicates directly with her. She typically keeps a level head and accepts Octavia’s increasingly complex demands like a shopping list.
