This is Knox, he's another villain in the comic (but he was WAY more experience than the girls do) and he's the most infamous villain in the city...

Jen is the most excitable of the trio and she also has the shortest temper of them. She wears an 80's aerobics outfit because of her love of bright colours + the 80's and as an attempt to stand out and not look like any other supervillains.
