1997, probably by Sayuri Ichiishi, Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha and Lance as they appeared in the 1997 Pokémon Board Game (released in the west in1999 as Pokémon Master Trainer). Like Lance, they might be based on some unreleased Sugimori sketch, also used for Stadium.
