I'm not familiar with the character but I like how she looks :0

I felt inspired from a song so I decided to redraw a picture I drew a while ago as a phone background :0
I'm not the best at making backgrounds look nice but I like to think I did pretty well here!

Raku, from the greatest anime of its decade, Nyan~ Neko Sugar Girls! I'm thinking of doing a sort of redesign of the characters, just to see if I can come up with something and make it work. But I'll just draw all the normal characters first either way.
