@KirkstallAbbey The start of my latest adventure into Pen and Wash started with a very basic sketch of @KirkstallAbbey and has got up into Dent and Littondale in the Yorkshire Dales developing all the time, soon be time to revisit the Abbey I think.

Trying a different way of working to help my Draftmanship skills, pen and wash. Lots of room for improvement, have to start some where. This is Dent Village high up in the Yorkshire Dales

Watercolour on cartridge paper covered in creased tissue paper for texture. Struggling a bit but let’s see where it ends up

Another sketch made with a stick and Indian ink this time I got the urge to add colour it turned out like some sort of illustration. Is that Good or bad? I don’t know
