The bar-raising Pirates of the Caribbean attraction opened to Disneyland guests 54 years ago today: March 18, 1967 (swashbuckling concept art by master animator and WED Imagineer, Marc Davis)
This volume will include some of the Junior Woodchuck stories written and penciled by Carl Barks in the late 1960s/early 1970s, with finished art in Barks's style drawn by Daan Jippes nearly 40 years later!

This is the rarest of the Carl Barks porcelain sculptures, c. 1996: an impressive 60" x 14" produced by Connoisseur of Malvern in tandem with Another Rainbow Publishing—inspired by a panel from Barks' "Trail of the Unicorn" in Dell Four Color #263 (1950) with Uncle Scrooge added!
