Man I wish Mega Evolution was given to more Pokémon. They kinda just moved on from it after ORAS. I would’ve loved to have seen more starters and others get some.

Oc Fact: Skamp is extremely small for a ragdonian. His small body was most likely caused by a birth defect.
Skamp is VERY sensitive about being short and will pick a fight with anyone who addresses it. And by fight, I mean tell Barg to fight on his behalf.
