Happy 52nd birthday to the man, the myth, the legend, Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru~!

It's the only copy she has, which is rather small and has been through quite a lot since 1942. So I recently scanned it without her knowledge (in large part thanks to my Dad's help), so I could attempt to clean it up, and here are the final results:
