Evening doodles of my version of the Cat. Thinking of joining in the character design challenge for I would need to clean 1 of these up, or I might keep exploring ideas. Which 1 is your favourite? Or any suggestions?!

Maybe I should stick to simple sketches for now...because when I try to add shadows and get ride of the lines, it just doesn’t look very good. Maybe I’m trying too hard?

aborted the paint on this one....i was happy with mom, but the cub just didn't work...in the end I gave up and scrapped the painting. I would love to learn how to pain something like this properly. arg. Here is my sketch.
