Yamikage is cool! I wish I knew who voices him... I've seen both Stuart & Dunstan suggested, but I doubt it's either.
Regardless, I love their take for this fallen Star Warrior! Low and intimidating. I also like his slight JP accent too, like when he says "Ninja" for instance.
While I get Tiff's scepticism, since Dedede tends to bring trouble with his "innovations" for Cappy Town, I actually agree with the others here!
Dream Land doesn't get snow under normal circumstances. Homegirl should chill out for a change and enjoy the winter wonderland!
That said, the sympathy I felt was kinda diminished once Escargoon told them how Dedede spooks him on the regular!
It's nice to know he can get along with Kirby & Co. however, and he earned not only Meta Knight's respect, but Dedede's too! (Cont.)
...this interaction between Honey & Ivo is so weird, yet hilarious to me? 😭
I get that "Tuff will be okay!" is kind of a silly declaration to make, but him making a sarcastic comment about it also caught me off-guard, lol.
Kayzie's Honey voice is adorable, BTW. 🥺
Sadly, however... the Sun Rod he had (which put people back together) was linked to him, meaning when he was destroyed, so was the weapon.
It's kind of bittersweet. Since "Fofa" as he originally existed, is truly gone. But at least Fololo & Falala are happy as they are!
While it is a tad grating. I do feel bad for Tiff? Her usual way of life, of seeing and greeting people was flipped upside down. Such change is hard for a kid to handle...
Meta Knight's excuse for enjoying the DDD show... he's just like me with my problematic faves!
Some sources say Dan Green plays Whispy, but I'm not sure. Regardless, it's a nice performance! He sounds rather affable to Dedede, and I like the "whispery" tone he has.
The king may have been Dedede-structive, but at least he did so with a safe for TV Lasersaw! 😌
Kirby can "drive a dingo dingy", Rick claims!
Totally off-topic, but my favourite thing about 4Kids were the SUBTLE accents. 🧐
In all seriousness, I enjoy Andrew Rannells take on Rick. His accent, voice & design are adorable! Jerry Lobozzo also sounds fitting as Melman.
I'm going to post the Kirby Right Back at Ya! opening again, because I don't care for the low quality it was in.
THIS looks and sounds much better, and is exactly what such an exquisite opening deserves. And as I said before: it's such a jazzy "feel-good" theme!
