@Nortuet There's "Jiisama ga Iku" who accidentally gets killed instead of his grandson when the god of another world needs to summon a hero. God apologizes, gives him magic powers, and the old man goes around being a nice old man instead of a violent hotblooded hero. It's cute and fun.
