The whole “Berserk is your favourite manga until you read your second manga” meme is pretty funny, because Berserk actually was the first manga that I ever read, but is still my absolute favourite to this day. I know for a fact that I’ll never read anything better.
I’m officially joining team Kizu after Bake.
While it’s true that watching Kizu later does play up the mystery aspect of the series...you already get that sense of mystery in Bake, and that’s enough. You don’t have to be confused for multiple seasons.
Watch Kizu after Bake.

I finished SAC 2nd GIG.
The second season was more consistent, whereas the first reached both higher highs, and lower lows.
The addition of a more focused plot helped to increase the drama, but ended up restricting the intrigue of its sci-fi concepts.
Again, a strong 8/10.

Oreki being led towards his desired rose coloured life by Chitanda.
Guts’ continual pursuit to be on equal terms with Griffith.
The beautiful yet tragic nature of Komugi and Meruem’s relationship.
The small character moments scattered throughout Code Geass’ chaotic story. https://t.co/a4irI1FaIs
@ColdCriti I mean yeah, fuck Griffith, but also, I love him.
