I give up. I can't see the similarity from an IP standpoint between Cube Queen and Cimrai.

Examples: Zyra and Syndra - LoL, QoP - Dota 2, Queen Beryl - Sailor Moon

Not to say they might not have ripped her off, but it's hard to be truly original regarding art.

@TehNekoGamer @Cimrai I can find other designs with similarities that existed before Cube Queen or Cimrai. Heck I didn't even know about Cimrai walking down the stairs thing, but queens or villians walking down stairs is a common trope.

Not to say they didn't rip her off, but I can't see it.

@villioca Actually found this skin concept for Zyra which predates both. I don't blame Cimrai frankly, but it doesn't strike me that Fortnite would rip her off compared to something bigger like League of Legends.
