3) ever notice how Pence's boots and gloves seem a bit too big? heck, did you notice that they're of a similar make to Maria Shieldarm's?
it's because they actually used to belong to her father before Pence's hometown was destroyed... he was quite a large dude, lol
2) the dark blue part of her outfit on her arms and body is... ALIVE!
to be exact, it is an algae-like mass that changes form according to the will of the wearer. this makes it able to self-repair, as well as allow her to absorb mana despite it covering her
