I really want to remember if you @KurtBusiek talked about this issue of Defenders? I seem to recall you saying once that you had to come up with a plot after this had been shelved for years but the art had been finished? Or is my mind not remembering that right?

Susan explains to Namor (again) that could never cheat on Reed and if she ever did Namor would never respect her and she wouldn't respect herself for it. She is literally telling him they are FRIENDS. Fantastic Four (1998) #6
