Very sexy of Namor to come back from the dead & then immediately try to kill the person who hurt Jim Hammond.
Squadron Supreme (2016) #14 #namor #marvel #humantorch
Ankle wings origin (not called mutant yet): Sub-Mariner Comics #38 released Feb. 1955 (pre-marvel: Atlas era)
Called mutant for the first time: Fantastic Four (1961) Annual 1 released July 1963
X-Men is released September 1963.
Hence why he's Namor the First Mutant. (2/2)
Steve: It's in code! Can you translate it Namor?
Namor: *cracks knuckles* sure
The art in this series is not good but the expressions are hilarious
I reject the implied Captain Nemo is Namor's father storyline bc Marvel will have to pry the tragic love of Fen and Leo from my cold dead fingers. However I am most certainly on board for there having been poly love between Leo/Fen/Nemo until they parted ways.
There's some good suggestions in the comments, and I feel like Marvel does not play around with the vast amount of Sea Mythology I know is out there.
Namor mentions once in regards to ruling is that the ocean is vast and he has a more hands off policy in regards to his subjects+ https://t.co/pd9UHEYbwF
Of course you all know that I love Noir!Namor, here he's a pirate, a smuggler, and he named his ship the Dorma. They call him the Blood-Mariner, which is freaking cool. I love everything about this.
Trust me, I know how hard it is to draw hands but the art is just so bad... in the second pic he has no fingers, just a claw hand. https://t.co/xnbNoVRIWz
Who wouldn't want to be pampered by Pirate!Namor?
