I may have shown this before, but...

This is Babette Bunstar, mascot of my fictional burger joint, Bunstar Burgers. I'm not 100% satisfied with her design, so I plan to revamp her!

...really, that burger looks a lot better. I wanna eat it!

January 23rd, from the current year! This is her current design, and that's the third edition of her weapon! I'm so happy to see how far she's come under such a short amount of time. =^^=

Oct. 17, '18. Had her face down, and now I was proud of both her body and that shading. I also included the friends she's to make in her eventual story!

However, this image is 8.5 MB large, due to the gargantuan 10000²p canvas I used! I kept sizing my canvases down since then...

August 4th, 2018. First time I was majorly satisfied with the end result, especially since she's drawn four times here. The reason is her face. Ever since drawing this, I've made a greater effort to keep my faces round; it also helps that I started remembering small details.

First one's from Apr. 28th, second's from May 25th, both in '18. As you can see, these were back when I still wasn't quite consistent with my abilities. I was so disappointed in myself after the second one, that I stopped drawing for two months before resuming.

Mar. 17th, '18. Tried some new poses with her second-design weapon; one of these is remade from a traditional doodle sheet from Jan. 13th.

Fun fact: Meryl herself is mildly poisonous, and has a tongue several times longer than that of a human.

Feb. 21st, '18. It was the first time I did her full body in color, and the first time on the Gaomon PD1560 I still use to this day. Although I like hands on even some of my oldest stuff, this is an exception.

...eh, at least she's got a cute face.

Here's a side view of her face I'd done to test out my then-new Huion H610 tablet, on February 11th, 2018. Despite the different hardware and my limited skill at the time, I don't think this one aged that terribly.
