Elephants were highly valued by the rulers of India, for their power in battle and their majestic dignity as ceremonial mounts.

A combination assassin’s weapon, 17th century, Deccan.

This weapon incorporates multiple blades. The largest— a curved dagger, is placed vertically. A double-edged straight dagger is mounted on the side and curved blade known as "baagh nakh" or tiger claw emerges from the grip.

Bade and Chote Batashe ka Mahal

Bade Batashe ka tomb is said to be of Mirza Muzaffar (buried in A.D.1603), he is known to be the the Son-in-Law of Akbar.
The identity of the person called Chote Batashe is unknown hence no one knows who was buried in Chote Batashe ka Mahal.

The disillusionment on Shivajis face at the loss of the strategic fort of Kondhana to the Mughals. Disappointment writ large both at himself and his mothers dismay. Made by master artist Dhurandhar.
