@Blazing9988 The biggest retcon I have was the complete replacement of the latter half of the fourth arc. I felt it was just a rehash of an earlier conflict that didn’t bring much to the table. So I replaced it with the return of an old friend who became a terrible enemy.

Ancho the Reaper was a criminal lieutenant who served as the right-hand man of the ruling war lord. Although he had his own machinations for power which is why he brought in Nekia as his own second.
