- Cyclone Warning for West Bengal coast-VSCS Bulbul to cross West Bengal-Bangladesh coast between Sagar Island & Khepupara by late evening/night of 9th with speed of 110-120 kmph as a severe cyclonic storm. At 0530 IST, 110 km ESE of Paradip, 190 km SSW of Sagar Islands.

Cyclonic storm MAHA centered near lat 11.0°N and long 73.0°E 60 km north-northeast of Kavaratti (Lakshadweep). It will continue to move north-northwestwards across Lakshadweep Islands in next 12 hrs. It will intensify into a Severe CS during next 06 hrs over Lakshadweep area.

Very Severe Cyclonic Storm ‘VAYU’ about 280 km is nearly south of Veraval (Gujarat) & 360 km nearly south of Porbandar (Gujarat). It will cross Gujarat coast between Dwarka and Veraval as a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm with wind speed 155-165 kmph around afternoon of 13th June.

ESCS Fani near 20.0N/85.8E at 1030 IST over coastal Odisha about 20 km north of Puri & 25 km south of Bhubaneswar. To move NNE and weaken into VSCS during next 3 hrs.

Severe Cyclone ‘FANI’ intensified into Very Severe Cyclone at 0530 IST of 30th April. To intensify further and move towards Odisha coast.

Cyclonic Storm is about 880 km southeast of Chennai . It will intensify into a Severe Cyclonic Storm in next 12 hrs and into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm in subsequent 24 hrs. It will mov northwestwards till 01st May evening and thereafter recurve north-northeastwards gradually.

CS ‘FANI’ over SE BoB near latitude 8.2°N and longitude 87.0°E about 910 km southeast of Chennai (Tamil Nadu) . It will intensify into a Severe Cyclonic Storm in next 12 hrs .then move NEwards till 01st May evening and thereafter recurve north-northeastwards gradually.
