I know fans will disagree, but I think Kirby is Nintendo's entry-level game for young children to get into the concept of action-based games.
This is just dull. Too easy. I hate this. I want to be playing anything but this right now. I'm begging it does something fun. Now. Plz.
Speaking of something where nothing happens..
I'm back to Kirby 3 and it's BORING!! I get introducing players to concepts, but I'm not enjoying it at all. The "blocks that require specific load outs" doesn't work at all for me.
I'm going to be taking a break, icing my jaw. I'm almost certain there's no serious damage but my teeth feel misaligned now, and I'm terrified of yawning.
Not that this would make me yawn. It seems alright.
And now I have a cat carrying me in its.. pouch?
I mean, I can't get close enough to Balerion the Dread to know if cats have pouches, but you would think that'd of come up in conversation at some point.
Maybe it's just holding Kirby.
Has a pretty cool attack though.
I uh...... attempted to make a body and instead Kirby seems to have left some DNA out of the process. What is that thing following me?
It's like a Slime from Dragon Quest got plastered on moonshine.
Instead of the crayon graphics of Yoshi's Island, Kirby 3 is aiming for a more colored-pencil look.
It achieves this using SA1, the same chip that helped make Super Mario RPG possible.
It's a distinctive look for sure. It didn't work at all for Star Stacker. Here? Oh, it works.
It's part of the Switch Online lineup. It looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. At least I hope so.
Unexpected Bonus Week concludes with the last Nintendo-published American SNES release.

+ Simple but original falling-block mechanics. Might make an ideal introduction to the genre for young children. Zen-like gameplay.
- Too easy. Versus mode sucks.
This is "Attack Dedede mode."
It's more of the same but the round ends when you cause enough damage.
