West Supreme Kai. (All we see is her being a goof running away with someone's food and trying to defeat Buu. However, more than enough to get me to like her.)

Kakunza. (I absolutely hate the other two but this one's decent enough)

Kale

Kale. Another obvious one from me but kicked 21, she is similar to Dak. She's hella sweet and kind but she is also a powerhouse to keep herself safe. There is also stuff we don't know fully about her so her story could be expanded upon.

Hop from Universe 9. A weird choice but we know little about that Universe but there's so much for exploration. She's got a good design, some unique claws, and freedom to be almost anything. Not a popular choice for many but I think lesser characters deserve some attention.
