I feel like it should be possible to make a G1 Sideswipe who's chest can compact down a bit without making it fibble like MP Sunstreaker's, but the funny thing is I think the Autobot symbol more than anything is what prevents it!

Also kinda funny how the first season went for a highly stylized interpretation of the toy to give them all "standard" proportions in robot mode, while the second season stuck closer to what the toy looked like.

I'll always appreciate the fact that the season 2 characters who's toys were just reuses of season 1 guys got new designs, even if that plays havok with modern toy updates of everyone.

In an ideal world these two would get totally separate toys instead of just a different head.
