Laura Bow from "The Dagger of Amon Ra", a fun 1920s detective story game by Sierra.

Rosella from King's Quest IV (complete with Cupid's bow). I think she was the first female protagonist of a game that I ever played as? Also you get to ride a unicorn and that's pretty awesome.
