i dunno what's gonna happen with gamzee post "being kicked off a cliff", but i am tentatively looking forward to it

i've heard it's pretty much all downhill from here wrt him, but at the very least i was pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed the arc of his heel turn

i think it'd be easy to read this arc and be extremely confused as to why gamzee is suddenly on a killing spree, but i think the answer is eloquently given in this 2-page sequence of gamzee bending a bow until it snaps

why i daresay this to be a metaphor of some kind

i also think the comic does a great job impressing upon u that gamzee, for all his murderous rage he's come into, is still the same goofy idiot he's always been

again, just look at this fuckin guy. what a goob
but he does come across as a goob who will fucking kill u!!

anyway with kanaya having single-handedly beaten the shit out of and\or killed all the murderers, equius' shades which were launched into the air when she kicked gamzee now land delicately on her face

bcuz she's just the coolest person there is

and off he gooooooooes banished from this plotline for the foreseeable future

this might seem slightly anticlimactic but actually it's the best possible way to resolve this conflict, i was HOOTING AND HOLLERING watching this
