a jolly trickster who only cares about entertaining himself, often at others' expense, they sew chaos wherever they can

has big ambitions of pulling some grand con on vritra, just as a flex of their power

she believes everything needs to follow law and order, and cracks down with cold, meticulous violence against those who defy her
