Joan is a Chinese UTAU made by Voicemith, the company behind Xin Hua's top competitor Xia Yu Yao. Her voice is imbued with the element of ice and has the ability to calm people down. Her younger brother Oscar is the element of fire.

Millial (left) is a 1st-party voice for Coefont, a TTS that allows users to make their own for a small fee. She and her sister Allial (right) can be used without registering for Coefont Cloud. She's technically a shadow clone of Allial, but the two were raised as twins.

Rabia (瑞比娅) was supposed to be a vocalist for Sharpkey, the engine that would eventually become DeepVocal. She was delayed almost 2 years exactly, and while she has voicebanks out now, her DV2 release is still being worked on to ensure they're as high-quality as possible

Tsukuyomi-chan is a character anyone can use commercially as much as they like with very few limitations, and her voice data is all open-source. She has an UTAU, coefont, and a unique speech software using google colab. She's a fairy-like being born from a painting!

Nekoki Minata is a Japanese UTAU with the same voicer as Muxin! He's extremely close to YuukaNeko's singing tone and I've even mixed them up on occasion. He's a 5-pitch multiexpression VCV and I hope to god YuukaNeko was okay after recording power, that belting sounded painful
