I learned some about what it takes to be a black artist on twitter & babeyyyy for all its faults, this saved me from spiraling into 2020. Blacktober especially inspired me so much & I proved to myself there's something in this brain worth nourishing

Perfect summary; I got in a wonderful discord w/normal fans, I learned about 3D models & became more confident in bgs and using palettes and I finally felt like an Illustrator. My passion for this craft reawakened by the beauty of black artists. Art made me feel again.
