Ssj hair doesn't always need to be "fluffy".

Boo saga hair is perfectly fine and doesnt need to stick with the old style.

Each style of hair fits each saga in their own way. Except modern Yam of course.

Boo saga hair is not meant to be fluffy. It just looks wrong otherwise.
