Answer: Pleomorphic hyalinizing angiectatic tumor (PHAT) arising from hemosiderotic fibrolipomatous tumor (HFLT). Both tumors have TGFBR3-MGEA5 gene fusion. Peripheral areas of PHAT can be identical to HFLT.
