The original models are lower poly yes, but they at least keep the shape of the model sheets. The DX models are like weirdly proportioned Sa2 models instead which kinda gets rid of that feel the old ones had.

@HipsterSilver I guess A. I try to keep things as close to the 3D models as possible cause I like my stuff to have a good depth to it.

@BB_blueyellow @SCDS_1 I guess so. But for me, I can’t say that much has happened in the series after Colors that really gave me the moments I loved from the series again. I haven’t cried over a Sonic story in a very very long time. Nor have I felt much Hope, or real glee. That’s what I miss.

@Blu_Doggie Thanks. I mean, I say redesign but it’s more like different clothes really. I had planned on giving him some extra armor in a similar manner to Macross mecha. My story explanation would be that Tails helped develop new armor for him to boost his capabilities.
