Bulma only has blue hair on the 1st cover & another early illustration. BUT for some reason she also has blue hair on one illustration at the time of the Namek arc (WJ26-1990)

The panel on the left comes from the Hong Kong comic "Iron Marshal" (鐵將縱橫). More precisely, this is from the 32nd Issue.

These two panels have been used for years to point out how "it's not that bad if Toyotarô's tracing, Toriyama did it too!", so I didn't question it at first. Being brought up for so long, I assumed it had already been verified.
