Whaaat... !!?
I just realised @Kosan_Takeuchi, the artist behind Warioware and the Rhythm series, is on Twitter!
And he's drawn tons of fanarts, including Dragon Ball stuffs! That's so cool!
The white "appendages" of his body also don't have any texture. They look too clean. It doesn't seem to be bony, and the shapes don't help it to make the connection.
All of this makes the design look more like Mega Man, than it reminds a skeleton - as it should.
Another thing is that the white parts of his body are not "clean": they have little lines to represent a bony texture. It's something all of the reference designs have in common.
The tail of the Heroes' character even pushes this idea to its limit by looking completely skeletal.
The only other form of increase that we know is Coola's. And the first thing you can notice is that it complicates the design of his final form by adding spikes and volume to its rounder shapes. Reminding what Freeza's "Alien" form previously did.
@CutDbs C'est vrai qu'il pourrait reprendre les couleurs de Gotenks ! Mais du coup il y a plus de chances que ce soit plutôt celles du manga que de l'anime, avec le gilet vert et tout.
