speaking of Wolf Link, apparently they had the idea to have the player start the game already transformed into a wolf, but Miyamoto vetoed it.

I still really like the final look for Link's wolf-form from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (pic 1), but I also wanted to give a shout-out to how it looked like in concept art (pics 2 and 3)

meanwhile, I don't even know where they were going with Link's casual clothing from Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, though, I don't really like those outfits

not gonna lie, out of the normal, non-legendary clothes that different Link incarnations wore, the blue lobster shirt from Wind Waker is the one I like the most, with the Engineer's Clothing from Spirit Tracks a close second for me

oooh, that shirt *does* come with wristbands, I always saw those as black tips followed by a white part on the shirt back in wind waker :o

but looking at the WW model of Link wearing the lobster short makes me realize that yeah, that was always supposed to be wristbands

it's pretty neat they finally gave the Link that appears in Mario Kart 8 his own game

I just realized that my hyena fursona used to have a similar hairstyle like these two :o
