Maybe wolf guy is the one who gives Jaryl & Jin the book that needs to be completed in order to enter the tower in the 1st pic, and in the 2nd, wolf guy & Jaryl are duking it out with their weapons while Jin charges a magic spell

Also, I still wanna use OG wolf!Jaryl as an antagonistic character in this somehow.
Maybe he could be the one sending the adventurers (Jin & yeen!Jaryl included) onto their mission of unsealing the tower?

speaking of Mega Man/Rockman Complete Works, I really like the cover artworks for 2, 4 and 5.
Unfortunately I don't know who the artist is, but if I had to pick my favorite official interpretation of Classic Mega Man, this would probably be it
