In an alternate version, he was turned into a vessel of techno terror by a mysterious icosahedron unearthed from a temple in the depths of the plane of dreams. With its powers, Io was able to infiltrate and corrupt technology, it almost wiped out life on one planet.

As i was making progress drawing this version of Io, while also thinking of his lore, I realized he’s better suited as a supporting character, the two who brought him forth to existence should be the MC in their universe. Nevertheless, hes still gonna be my mascot OC 👁️👁️
