In the cartoon, Sen. Rand Paul encounters a blonde, long-haired cow with glasses and the word "TRANS" at her side, asking her if the children be allowed to contemplate what Mr. Garrison calls "gender mutilation surgery." Replies the cow, "that's a complex question, transphobe!"

ALSO: I can't tell if Mr. Garrison did a tribute to or an unintentional parody of conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, who died last week. He's that massive a moron.
