Thought I share the sketch and values study I did for this picture, just to give some insights into how I usually plan these.

Going to attempt to make my very first enamel pin, and I thought Space Otter would be a great first design. I already been working on a sample for this for a while now so I should be seeing it soon. Very excited!!
