More Velleity Sonic art. Did a bit of a tweak to the design and introduced a breaking point version of Velleity.

So as a late night thing, I made a interpretation of Sonic.EXE named "Velleity". Story things will be in the thread but basically this is a version of Sonic where he is self aware that he is in a game of Sonic 3 but is forced to be controlled by a player.
