I saw a Blanc like chara with horns in megamiracle force...so I thought that Nep would look cute if i draw her with horns and in a certain chara outfit

Even if it's a cosplay...I do think Iffy is worth to be a goddess, but about reasons why? Ishtar and Iffy have same VA(Kana Ueda), someone already drew her in Rin's outfit...so why not try Ishtar then?
