Modern reprints use colors that are WAY too saturated, giving the false impression that old comics were garish. The newsprint absorbed color, creating more subtlety and appeal even with bombastic Jack Kirby art.

All that to say that working on World of Darkness: Crimson Thaw is a special project packed with lots of excitement and nostalgia for me.

It feels great to be here in the dark with old friends and new. :)

I've been a fan of @theCHAMBA's art since the start. He's one of the most skilled comic artists around and someone I feel has never gotten his due in terms of mainstream visibility.

With the arrival of AVENGERS TECH-ON #1 today, I hope a whole new audience arrives for Jeff.
