The power spikes for these 4*s are:

XL - C1 gives her Pyro Shred, but everything except her C2 is good and C4 is where I'd stop if I we're going cheap.

XQ - C2 gives him Hydro Shred, but there literally isn't a bad con. However, Sac sword is more important than cons.

Why exactly are people thinking these 4*s are bad? XQ and XLs are some of the of the best 4*s in the game and their cons only add more damage. XQ specifically has no bad cons. The weapon banner also has the BiS weapons for all these 4*s. Sac Sword, Dragonsbane and Sky Pride.
