zyalin made this art for "hurt" for our mod character (https://t.co/qJLALoAapO) and now i am crying like wtf why did you put so much pain in this artwork zyalin and why do i love it so much.

he doesn't always have a great time of it, but he's driven on by his monomaniacal need to slay the spire, and the fleeting promise of a final, permanent, rest.

he's a wizard who's been stuck in the spire for long enough that his memories are gone and his mind is broken. as he fights his motions bring his memories and powers back to him, but only for a moment, and not always in a good way.

the wanderer (second character of the trilogy) is already fully playable. can be downloaded at https://t.co/5AOugbBOVb. we haven't put him on the steam workshop yet, but that's in the near future too.

one of the coolest things in 2020 for me was getting started on modding characters for @megacrit's slay the spire. our community is maybe a third of the way through a three-character trilogy that i'm hoping will be playable as a standalone lore-package.
