@BAJIE_game DJ's tentacle is inside the weapon and is separate from Samurai.
You can see Samurai's ghost fly away when he is splatted and the weapon with DJ tentacle is still on the ground.

@BAJIE_game Octo Samurai is not a weapon. He is Octarian or Octopus like Octotroopers.

So speculating on Splatoon 3. I have always thought it would be around Mr. Grizz/Salmonid. Some said Chaos=DJ Order=Phone, but I always thought it was weird that Grizz was neutral. Especially when the SOS happened. So my theory was that Chaos or Order, we would still get salmon.

@mjwathon @splatoontrivia1 We've already seen a glimpse of it. Much more "mature" you could say. If it ever happens, I hope it stays true to this, while still feeling like Splatoon.

@OctoSquid_503 @viantreston While the non-humanoid form Octarians may seem dumb in Hero Mode, they are actually quite intelligent.
(Does the Octo Samurai technically have a humanoid form?🤔)

@Sharito742 @AmiiboNews Quality stays the same? Seriously? Depending on the size of the new Amiibo, $25 might not be bad. It looks pretty big. Regardless they have improved greatly since 2014.
