February 15 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #JamesMCarson. He’s a fantastic concept artist who’s worked on a bunch of blockbuster films. He’s a really nice guy, too. I used his art for the con program book shown here. #ArtIsAwesome

February 12 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #ThomasCanty. My favorite art is the work from the Redwall series. However, all of his work is amazing, especially the fabric details. #ArtIsAwesome

February 10 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #AngelaCall. The only art I’ve seen is those illustrating two books by @SandraTayler, and I love it. Her art is so colorful and playful. I hope she continues to produce more awesome artwork. #ArtIsAwesome

February 8 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #JeffreyBrown. I first discovered this artist through quirky book Darth Vader and Son. His simple style makes you think the books are only for kids, but they have real depth in writing and art. #ArtIsAwesome

February 7 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #AlisonJohnstun. I only recently discovered her work, but I’m a huge fane of it already. Her use of light is among the best. Her dragons are pretty awesome, too. #ArtIsAwesome

February 5 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #BerkeleyBreathed. Opus and Bill and all the rest we’re friends when I was younger, and the bring a smile to my face still. His art is goofy and wonderful. #ArtIsAwesome

February 4 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #CharlieBowater. She is a fantastic artist, and has created some amazing covers for some excellent books. Her skill with light and shadow is awesome. I hope to work with her someday. #ArtIsAwesome

February 1 of my #365DayArtistChallenge features the artist #RichardBizley. Space art, but with alien landscapes and such. Also ghostly ships plying the spaceways. He does dinosaurs, too. Definitely full of imagination. #ArtIsAwesome
