Zephynes are an alien species capable of channelling tremendous amounts of electricity through their skin, this one uses augment gloves provided by humans, pushing his potential beyond what was already possible.

@SovPunished It reminded me more of that boss called Carsoro who has a paper armor that blocks everything, but after one hit his armor unwraps, revealing guts underneath
